Xamarin ist Hersteller von Werkzeugen zur Cross-Plattform-Entwicklung auf Basis von C#. In dem Unternehmen finden sich auch die Entwickler, die Mono und Moonlight als Open-Source-Alternative zu .NET und Silverlight entwickelt hatten.
